Policy and Procedures

  • The conference fee indicated is the fee per participant.
  • Upon receipt of registration the invoice sent should be paid within two weeks.
  • Registrations less than two weeks prior to the congress will receive an electronic invoice, which must be paid prior to the congress.
  • 15% of the original invoice amount will be charged to cover statutory interest and administration costs if payment is not received within the given time.
  • The fees include congress participation (all day), coffee and tea during breaks, lunch and reception.
  • Participants who have already bought a ticket cannot claim a relationship discount afterwards.
  • All mentioned tariffs are excluding 21% VAT

Space availability

Participation is based on availability and may sell out prior to the conference date.

Cancellation

  • Refunds for cancellations will only be granted if cancellation is received in writing no later than one month prior to the congress.
  • For cancellations less than one month prior to the conference, you are allowed to send a substitute to replace you.
  • A cancellation fee of 50% of the original amount will be charged for the cancellation of a table top reservation later than one month prior to the congress.
  • The full conference fee will be charged in the case of cancellation or no-show on the congress date.
