In January 2025, Crop Innovation & Business (CropIB) will have its first Asia-event in Sanya, China. CropIB Asia 2025 is organized by Sanya Yazhou Bay Innovation Research Co. Ltd and KeyGene, with strong support from the Sanya Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City Administration Bureau.
Like CropIB in Europe, CropIB Asia is a global event targeting executives, entrepreneurs, startups, leading scientists, and financial experts in seed business, biotechnology and agriculture.
With that, the conference serves as an excellent platform for exchanging and collaborating on the development and use of new technologies, commercial applications, and partnership opportunities.
The theme of CropIB Asia 2025 is "Next-Generation Crops for Future Human Health and Agricultural Sustainability".
The conference will feature a wide range of activities including an opening ceremony, keynote presentations, parallel sessions, startup pitch events, exhibitions, and business matchmaking opportunities.
A unique aspect of CropIB Asia 2025 is the featuring of a New Varieties Exhibition at the Sanya Nanshan Agricultural New Varieties Demonstration Base. Breeding companies and governmental breeding groups are invited to present their latest developments and best varieties in this exhibition.
